Maintaining records: Truck drivers must keep accurate records of their trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents that occur. Adhering to safety regulations: Truck drivers must comply with all safety regulations, including speed limits, hours of service regulations, and weight restrictions. Communicating with dispatch: Truck drivers must communicate with their dispatchers to provide updates on their location, delivery schedule, and any issues that arise during their trip. Resolving issues: Truck drivers must be able to resolve any issues that arise during their trip, such as mechanical problems, traffic delays, or customer complaints.
